Creamy Artichoke and Green Chile dip
6oz chopped artichoke hearts
1- 4oz can drained green chiles (chopped)
1/3 cup Parm cheese shredded
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1tbsp Cajun seasoning
Pepper
Mix together and place in a small baking dish. Bake on 350 uncovered for 20-30 minutes. Serve with chips or toasted artisan bread

ReplyDeleteYes! Carisa try nonfat plain yougurt or soft cream cheese. I have used cream cheese a lot in the past as a substitute.. xoxox
